Archiving
Your workspace is the archive. A case gets its retention period the moment you close it. The documents stay where your staff already use them: in Nextcloud.

What Dossiq does today

What we build with Haarlem
Together with the municipality of Haarlem we make Nextcloud itself fit for the archive, in line with the Dutch Archives Act (Archiefwet). The goal: what you save is archived.
That removes a link. Today staff work in one system and the organisation archives in another. When the workspace itself meets the Archives Act, the second step goes away.

Bring your existing archive
Do you already run an archive or a document management system? Integriq brings the files and their metadata into the workspace. You connect cases from other systems through the ZGW APIs, StUF or CMMN.
